It was great to finally get a weekend off work and do something useful with it too!
The NAF Championship (formally the Blood Bowl GT) was held this weekend in Nottingham at Warhammer World. 190 coaches from (at least) 9 different countries fought it out over 6 games. Always amazing to see so many familiar faces, some new ones, and such a huge number of people playing the game we all love.
T-Shirts were worn, flyers handed out, and prizes procurred. We are delighted to confirm that this year as well as a first prize from the brush of Cornish Mikey, we will be offering some great models from Willy Miniatures as prizes too. Many many many different figures and suppliers were considered and then after a few hours of nothing very exciting we stumbled across willy-miniatures.blogspot.com I hope you agree that the miniatures are fantastic, and we were delighted that Willy wished to support us in this way.
We will award prizes for second place, third place, Most Touchdowns, Best Defence, and Most Casualties. As Willy has been so supportive we will have a great spot prize for every round too!
